Photographing Water
Fstop: 9 Shutter speed: 1/50
1. Was it easy to get a good shot? Why/why not?
This was a more difficult station to get a good shot because at first the coloring was yellow which didn't look very good so we had to add more coloring to get better shots.
2. What creative adjustments did your team make for this shot?
We first started with a bright color and then moved to darker colors which somewhat worked but if we decided to go only bright colors and only dark colors we might have had better results.
3. What did you like/not like about shooting water without the flash?
I think not using flash made the photos much better because the additional flash would have gotten in the way of the movement of the food coloring in the water.

1. Was it easy to get a good shot? Why/why not?
Yes, this was a pretty easy photo to take because the water itself was dark which turned out to really show the ripple effect the drop of water had when it hit the surface of the water bowl.
2. What did you like/not like about shooting water with the flash?
I think the flash at this station was the right decision because the background was dark so the flash really helped show the color of the water and the ripple effect it created.

1. Was it easy to get a good shot? Why/why not?
This was a pretty easy station because the flash really helped add vibrance and texture to the water and by taking a lot of photos it allowed us to choose the best out of them to use.
2. What did you like/not like about shooting water with the flash?
I think using flash at this station worked out because it allowed us to capture the color of the water reflected off the background which gave the water a more vibrant color.
Fstop: 5.6 Shutter speed: 1/200
1. Was it easy to get a good shot? Why/why not?
This was a harder shot to get because we couldn't get the right focus which made it harder to capture the water hitting the bowl clearly.
2. What did you like/not like about shooting water with the flash?
I think the flash helped make the water look brighter and more blue which allowed us to capture more texture of the water.
